Q: When do you ship orders?

A: Orders are mailed the same or following business day.  We stock a large selection of sizes and colors, all items listed are in stock, in case your purchased item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email and given the option to cancel or an alternative.

Q: What are your transit times?

A: Orders are mailed with United States Postal Service, transit times are dependent on shipping method picked during checkout.  We offer First Class Mail, Priority Mail and Express Mail services for domestic shipping.  We do ship to PO Box addresses and APO addresses.

Q: Do you ship outside of the U.S. ?

A: Yes, we ship orders to Canada, Europe, Australia , Japan and almost anywhere else in the world.  We are not responsible for customs charges your order might be subject during international shipping.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Once your order is mailed, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a tracking number.  Additionally, if you created an account during checkout, you can sign in and click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
